Founded in 2018 by owner Ernesto “Ernie” Melo, Comfort Insulation Specialists provides the Portland Metro, and surrounding areas – including Woodburn, Salem, Hood River, Seaside, Lincoln City – with the highest quality evaluation and installation of ventilation, insulation, fans, energy saving tools.
